Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?

A: Yes, once we have received your details and requirements, we will then email you with confirmation of your order and an invoice for the deposit which will be 40% of the total price. The balance will then be due a week before your order is dispatched.

Q: Can I choose my own wording and font?

A: Yes, you can. Many couples like to have their own wording inside their invites, but should you need some ideas, you can take a look at our 'wording' page where you will see a selection of example wording for your invitations and other wedding stationery. If you have a preferred font, just let us know the name of it and it will be used in your stationery.

Q: How can I pay?

A: We accept cheques, bankers drafts, postal orders and paypal. Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to be able to take card payments.

Q: Do the invitations come with envelopes?

A: All our invitations come with an envelope except any invites that have delicate embellishments on them. These invitations will each come with an envobox instead to protect the card. These are approximately 15mm deep.
